Student Profile

Virscend University students are typically fully employed men and women ranging from 24 to 36 years old from all areas of Orange County, California. As our program is located in Irvine, we want to ensure that we are contributing to our community; therefore, most of our students come from the local area. We welcome those of varying backgrounds, which is demonstrated by the wide variety of bachelors degrees that our alumni and students hold.

As diversity and inclusion is a priority on our campus, we work hard to include all ethnicities and nationalities to our program. Our students tend to be distributed between Asian, Caucasian, and Hispanic populations, which is similar to the community we serve. However, we are actively recruiting other groups to ensure a diverse learning atmosphere.

Faculty Profile

Our experienced, well-educated, and diverse faculty is one of the central pillars of our institution. All of our faculty teach at well-known, accredited, and respected universities from the Southern California area such as Pepperdine, Chapman, Brandman, CSUs and UC schools. 90 percent+ hold Ph.Ds in their field, actively publish research, and speak at conferences around the world. While the majority of our faculty are Asian, we are proud of the diversity of our faculty as most nationalities are represented. As we grow, we intend to continue this trajectory.

Staff Profile

Our team of six are well qualified and dedicated to their work at Virscend University. Most of our administration has post-baccalaureate degrees and years of experience in their field. We take steps with each hire towards diversity and are proud of our female representation on the Virscend campus.

Our graduates have had great success in their post-MBA life. All graduates were employed six months after graduation with a majority working in a management role, with 83% gaining a promotion or raise with their new degree. Most were in their mid-20s when they received their degree. A vast majority of our alumni are Asian females, which is primarily due to our community population. However, we have made great strides in including other diversified populations into our classes.
